New settlements in Settlers Roll & Write app!

Did you beat your own top score in Imperial Settlers: Roll & Write app in the last few weeks? Try to gather at least 60 points in each field. Ok, we admit, some of us suck in this game and have less than 60, but it doesn't have to be you! Settlers R&W has got high ratings on iOS App Store (4,2) and Google Play Store (4,6). We'd love it if you rated our newest app and left a comment as well. This week we added new settlements: Try them out!

Live stream with Ignacy Trzewiczek about our new ideas to engage fans

As you've probably noticed by now, we loooove to talk a lot. We love to brag about how cool we are, chat about board games, release news and reviews, tell inside jokes, cast gameplays, tutorials, and interviews with our guests, or even reveal our company's secrets. These, and a lot more, have been published on our YouTube Channel so far. We've been publishing on our English YouTube channel for 7 years now, with almost 500 films uploaded. Soon there will be another platform for board game geeks to watch us on. And what can be geekier than Twitch?

The new communication channel with our fans is opening soon: June 20th, at 8 p.m. CEST. Let's meet with Ignacy himself and ask him live questions. He will personally introduce the new cast of our Twitch channel on Saturday's stream. Those responsible for it is our team of contributors that includes experienced YouTube content creators, as well as some new faces.

Detective: Dig Deeper - new standalone case premieres today

Detective: Signature Series - Dig Deeper written by Rob Daviau premieres today

Portal Games is proud to announce that Detective: Signature Series - Dig Deeper is launching in retail today.

Dig Deeper is a standalone Detective case written by Rob Daviau (Pandemic Legacy, Cthulhu: Death May Die, Downforce). Rob takes us all by surprise, getting us to Boston in 70′. For those of us who remember crime TV shows like Starsky & Hutch it's time to turn good music on and let the sentiment and memories take us for the ride to the past.

Spring 1977. A murder takes place in Arlington near Boston. The victim was a town selectman with a promising career, Peter Colvin, age 32. He was found dead near his car in the parking lot behind Town Hall. You have only 4 days to solve the mystery who killed him and why.

Since the case takes place in the past, new mechanics have been added to the game. Investigators can seek information with the help of Librarians and actively interview the witnesses.

Dig Deeper is an expansion to the award-winning Detective: A Modern Crime Board Game. It shares the same concept and uses most of the base rules, with a few changes reflecting old investigating techniques from the past.

Detective: Signature Series has been created to allow the best storytellers in the industry to take the Detective engine and use it to tell their stories. Dig Deeper written by Rob Daviau is the first in the series.

Starting June 18th Dig Deeper is available in retail - ask in your local game store or order at Portal Games.
