Hello Community

Hi there. How are you holding up? If you're having a rough time and feeling the effects of isolation during the pandemic, we encourage you to join our community Discord Chat and our TGC Designer Discussion group on Facebook. There's always a lot of friendly folks in these places and you can meet new people, catch up with old friends, and talk about games & game design. See you there!

New Contest: Community Anthology

Community Anthology Challenge

In celebration of the recently released Jumbo Coil Bound Book on TGC, Your Friend Ben Moy is excited to host the Community Anthology Contest!

The vision of this contest is to amass a collection of designs that draw from a shared supply of components, and compile them in a Jumbo Coil Bound Book for future print on The Game Crafter to further feature and inspire the community, in the vein of Fridemann Friese's 504. Each game will be a chapter in the book, and your game will be mixed in with the other worthy games from this contest.

New Product: Mint Tin Accordions

Mint Tin Accordions

Mint Tin Accordions are a great new way to build reference cards, rules documents, or even play surfaces into your tiny mint tin games. They come in 4 panel, 6 panel, and 8 panel sizes.

New Updates: Announcements

Mint Tin Accordions

We have updated our Announcements page so that it's more user friendly and provides more features and benefits. Announcements allow members of our community to promote their gaming projects, whether that is a game they are working on, a convention they are running, or a crowd funding campaign they are launching. New Feature: Fitting

New Feature: Fitting

The Game Crafter makes so many different board game components through our print on demand manufacturing service. Because of this, it can be difficult for game designers to know what components fit in the different sizes of game boxes we offer.

To make it easier for game designers, we have built a new tool which allows you to see which boxes a component will fit into. Or, if you know the game box you want to use, an easy way to see all of the various types of components that fit into the box. This gives designers 2 different ways to search and get answers to their "will it fit" questions. Watch the video above to learn more. Enjoy!
